A passion for Amateur Radio

Our members have many different interests and talents. We are an enthusiastic and helpful club, come join us!

Club Meetings

Monthly club meetings are held on the second Tuesday at the Fair Park Senior Center, at 7 pm

Field Day

CPARC participates in ARRL Field Day on the last full weekend in June. In 2024 that is June 22-23. We set up on the grounds of the Homestead Elementary School, just behind the Homesteads Tower.

2 Meter Nets

We have a 2-meter net every night except Saturday. On Tuesday it is an ARES training net on 146.895 (118.8). On other nights it is a general net on 146.865 (118.8). We invite all licensed hams to join the discussion.

Public Events

CPARC shares our hobby with the public yearly at the Cumberland County Fair with a booth and live demonstrations. We also provide communications at other events.

Club Repeaters

We sponsor 2-meter and 70 cm repeaters on 146.865, 146.895 (both 118.8) and 443.850 for primary coverage of Cumberland County.

Nearby Repeaters

Club member WA4NEJ sponsors a UHF repeater on 442.325 (118.8) also covering the county.
